Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all products, with specific exceptions and conditions for Wood Oud products.

1. General Conditions for All Products

Returns or exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

Incorrect Product: A product different from the one ordered by the customer was delivered.

Broken or Damaged Product: The product arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect.

Any of these cases must be reported to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

2. Special Conditions for Wood Oud Products (Return or Exchange)

We have a special policy for Wood Oud products to ensure a better customer experience:

Trial Use Condition: Returns or exchanges are allowed provided that the trial use does not exceed 2 grams of the total quantity.

Wood Oud Products Above AED 400: For Wood Oud products with an original price exceeding AED 400, returns or exchanges are allowed provided that the trial use does not exceed 1 gram of the total quantity.

Time Limit: A return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Procedure: If the amount used exceeds the specified limit, the customer will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
